Terrible customer service and lack of call backs or communication. These people are crooks. I told my sales person I would put $500 to hold a unit. I was told this was refundable if we decided not to move forward. We needed time to discuss and since no one in the finance dept was there we would have to wait to find out the terms. Sorry to burst your bubble. If you want to buy a new RV, this might be a great place. If, however, you want repairs done, go elsewhere. Our RV was in the shop for almost a year with insurance covering much of the cost. We were lied to about when it would be done, several different mechanics started then quit or got fired. There was a personnel shake up that also interfered with the repair process. I was greeted right away by Barbara. She was so nice and understanding to my needs.We thoroughly went through the unit and she was very knowledgeable about the fine nuances I purchased. All the costs and available financing was explained. Jason explained in detail about The Sam's Club elite package. I am especially happy with how quickly I will receive my new baby.
We bought a new camper from Camping World in Berkley MA and it was a great experience. Lori who helped us was great and very patient, knowing exactly when to be around and when to step away so my husband and I could talk. We would definitely go back.

We purchased a new RV in Camping World of Berkley. We did not finance the unit but the sales person referred us to Mr Chapmen in finance to offer an extended warranty. He sugested a 5 year warrantee. We asked if it would be concurrent with the factory 2 year warrantee.. He told u it would begin when the 2 year warranteefactory ended.
