Was a rough experience to say the least with this location. I would not recommend ever ever buying a used camper from Camping World! It is a scam and they will not take any ownership of the faults. We never even used our camper due to water damage happening to the camper 2 months of having it home in our driveway. Prior to buying the camper we had Camping World seal the camper since it was a few years old. Bought a camper here in October of 2024. Great salesperson, she was absolutely amazing. However that's where it ended. I bought the camper from the Oshkosh dealer with a pickup in Michigan, no issues since it's 1 hour from my parents house and I was going there to visit them anyhow. Everything went smooth until I tried to get the title. I tried to be understanding due to the multiple locations involved and reached out on February 4th, they took my information and say they will track down the title. Never heard back. My latest experience with CW OSHKOSH went very well. Patty was easy to work with and went beyond expectations. Took time to get my Good Sam membership updated. Very happy.
We had such a great experience at Camping World in Oshkosh! We were warmly greeted when we entered, and our sales associate Evan and the sales manager Alex were friendly and knowledgeable and put us in the right RV for our family. Kimberly in financing was also very helpful and answered all of our financial questions. And did I mention Eric in sales? He was awesome!
