If you do work with this camper world, do not work with Billy. He lied to me about a deal, then when I travelled 8 hours and put in vacation days to pick up the van the finance manager told me he lied to me about the deal and they were unable to accommodate what Billy had told me. Billy even set up a day for me to come pick up the van with my trade ins and then gave me no updates until I texted him the day before our appointment. Worse salesman ever.
Cleanliness was good. Service,not so good. Could not get staff off their phones to help you.
Make sure the price you get is worth buying from this dealership. They don’t do a pre delivery inspection so you have to do it yourself. They don’t follow up on warranty work. I have an issue that never worked from day one but didn’t know until the day after it left their lot. Still isn’t fixed or any path to get it fixed through the dealership. This was almost 6 months ago.
