My wife and I went to look at a 5th wheel at Camping World on August 29th, 2026. We went to look at one particular 5th wheel as my wife fell in love with it online. She already had been disappointed by another Camping World salesman as the very next day we learned the salesman informed us that the unit I very clear that we wanted that camper. Absolutely worst experience of my life. A bunch if liars. Dont do what they say they will. Lie to get you in the door and then screw you. Will never visit this place again even for parts or gear. Will not recommend to even my enemies. Even they dont deserve to be treated the way these people treat you. Negative 10 out of 10. Absolute shit show.
This place has become a freaking joke. When I bought my camper here last year everything was peachy. For the most part the service department was on top of things. They would actually call you to make sure everything was good. Oh, how the tables have turned. I'm lucky if I get them to call me back now. They've had my camper for over a month in order to replace a solor controller and some other parts that were under warranty. I waited for over 2 months for the parts to come in. Not my first time to be there. I also get my RV parts for my other RV there as well. The people are friendly and easy going and aren't pushy sales people. They are focused on your needs and willing to spend the time with you until you find exactly what your looking for. It was an enjoyable experience for me ( maybe not the sales lady having to put up with me though lol ). I could never make it on the day I said and when I finally made it I was late
