Alot of people don't have the inventory and the knowledge of their own product. I went in there asked for anything with a big bathroom and he shot up like a firework. It was a quick one two. Gotta love them
The experience was quite awful as we sat around for an hour and half and the customer service was just not the best. We actually left and almost didn’t go back. Now we are contemplating even going through w this sale. We drove two hours to see this rv and no one cared!!!
Hard to review the service at this place. First the good news. Had a persistent brake issue where my truck kept telling me that my travel trailer brakes were disconnected. We were just starting a trip. When I called them, they told me to bring it in and they’d at least diagnose the problem. They found that the brake magnets were shorted out and needed to be replaced. Everyone at this location was super friendly. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and they found the perfect fit for us. We were trading in a camper so they even let us boondock in their parking lot so we could get everything transferred from 1 to the other. The next morning we had issues with 1 of the jacks. Despite being closed on Sunday Heather arranged to have 2 gentlemen (Mark from sales & Dakota from service & repair)come out to replace the jack and get us on our way. My husband and I came in today and put a deposit down on a used class a rv. The rig had just come in and hadn't even been processed through servicing yet. We spoke with Mark, Nicholas and Braxton while there. I informed Nicholas and Mark that I have CIRS, a chronic condition where I cannot be exposed to even microscopic amounts of mold or could end up bringing it back out of remission and lengthy/costly hospital stays.
