Purchased a used camping trailer here. We started the process online and finished in the store. Buying a vehicle is never a fun process, but it was smooth and organized. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. Would buy here again!
This review is specifically for Will W the salesman and Kaylee T in finance. Will was a tremendous help. Unlike a previous store I visited, Will listened to me and heard what was important, he was polite, informative, and not pushy (pet peeve of mine). As for Kaylee, hats off to her. This woman knows finance and what she's doing. She was so kind and kept me updated on progress every step of the way as we had a few hurdles to get over. I just wrote and asked if the campers were open for viewing without being followed around by a salesperson. I got answers like. You can make an appointment to walk around. Why make an appointment if we aren't going to have to have someone follow us around to unlock them. But never gave me a simple answer like. Yes they are open please come and take a look on your own at your own pace.
