After watching a news story on tv about Camping World there is no way I would ever buy a camper from them. I've heard from many friends the bad experience they have had with Camping World. Their sales pitch is great but the after sale is a bad experience! I know they don't build the campers but they need to have a backbone and go after the manufacturers. Nice place, great items, good people.
We were traveling from KY to Kansas to visit family towing our RV to stay in that we bought in August from the Camping World in Bowling Green , KY. A passerby pulled beside us on the interstate and let us know that we lost our A/C cover a few miles back. We found this location near us and made an emergency stop to try to get a replacement. They got us help immediately. They thought they had a new one in stock but couldn't locate it. We had a great experience working with our salesman George R., Shelly in finance, and the maintenance tech(I can't remember our tech's name) to get us into our first RV! With so much to learn and take in for a first time purchase, the team was so helpful and friendly and took the time to ensure we had all our questions answered. The process was smooth and actually fun! Would highly recommend KCKS Camping world for all your RV needs. We will be back!
