I went RV shopping with my friend on her birthday, serious buyer but she was also was mostly window shopping, and the thing that made this stop stand out is the one, the only, friendly, overall good vibes person named Task. Day nine on the job and he made us feel like a couple of old friends checking out some RVs on a beautiful fall day. Knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 (sales) person, would buy RV from Task.
Camping World employee selling good used deep cycle batteries, wonder where they came from.
Amazing customer service, from the minute we waked in we were greeted and allowed to browse without being pestered. Everyone there was very welcoming and eggare to answer our questions and find something in our price range. Everyone on the crew worked as a team to help us fill paperwork out, assemble hitch and show us all the features available on the trailer. Would recommend them for there amazing prices and authentic employees. Food truck coming soon!
This summer, we bought a toyhauler elsewhere and blew a tire both times we used it with the second time being last night on our way to Brainerd International Raceway. We were able to put on our spare and limp the rest of the way, but needed help so we could get home. Jason in service told us to bring it over and he will see what he can do, but informed us that he was scheduled 2 weeks out. We arrived a bit before noon on Friday and Jason came to our rescue!!! Jay who is believe is the general manager has been nothing but difficult to get a hold of and talk to. There is always an excuse or reason he can't take the call. Have to follow up several times before he attempts to call back you and makes it as quick as possible with little intrest in talking. Poor customer service.
