The service was super good 👏
We just pulled off the lot with our new camper. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. There are so many bad reviews, we want to give credit where it’s due. The sales person supported us through more than 1 visit to find what we were looking for. Camping world sold me a an RV knowing they did not have keys for the unit. They lied to me and said the keys would be sent with the delivery driver. I have waited weeks for keys to my unit and can not get anyone from the store to respond to my calls or messages. They are super unprofessional and the store manager magically has a “meeting” every time you call and request to speak with him. They also sent my unit with a bed stained with piss and I was told it was an over look by the service team and they would mail me a mattre... read more
1st they sold a camper to someone else when we were in the middle of buying it! NOW, they wanna charge EXTRA for the exact same one from another lot! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. AAWe will no longer do business here.
I took my camper in because front side wouldn't side out. They said it was the motor and cable. I had marked cable with tape to see if it was replace after getting it home i looked to see and sure enough it the same cable. yes i was charged for cable and the install. be aware !!!!!
