If I could leave zero stars, I would. They called me to schedule an estimate and repair for an dent in a door that sales person caused when delivering the rv. They told me the rv could be left there til the repair was done. So, I planned accordingly. THEN at drop off, they cant find the order, then when they finally get that squared away, they tell me I can't leave it because they are at max capacity and that I have to bring it back later to do the repair (we live an hour and a half away). A/c unit stopped working and I have called 8 times over the last 3 months to get it looked at and not once have they put me through to service successfully and not once have they called back.
