As a local business owner, I gave this company ample opportunity to make right on their wrong. After a month of no call backs, I’ve entered the realm of publicly addressing my experience. I was skeptical about coming to camping world, because let's face it, they have a bad reputation!! however they also had a camper i could not find in florida (brand) and happened to be in michigan anyway. So I reached out to the salesman Mike Arbaugh, he was very patient with my flippy attitude for the reason stated above. Definitely seemed genuine so I made an appointment to go see it. Just wow!! Pretty disappointing experience for the most part. Finance department was not at all ready when we showed up to sign paperwork. Not given notice of what preparations we would need to do before we came it to sign so we also were not ready once they were which meant my family sat in lobby for 2 hours before we even started signing agreement. Was told by sales rep a 4 pin to 7 pin adapter would be sufficient to drive home but it wasn't so I had to get that installed before we could use it. Don't take your camper in for service. We have been waiting a few months now for parts which shouldn't take that long for what we are waiting for. When you call to talk to someone they say they will have someone call you back within 24 hours. The few times we have called it's about a week and than we have to call them back to see why no one has called us. Just poor service all around.
