I requested a call back about some problems we had we with our brand new camper. This was our first time ever having a camper so was not sure the right questions to ask or how to manage our warranty. Called to ask for help on what our next steps should be to fix our shower walls that are falling out and counter peeling up, floor vents buckling. I wish there was an option for zero stars!! Whatever you do, do not FINANCE through them. They added unnecessary add ons and now we have been fighting with them for months to get our money back. The fiance guy ghosted me and my husband and then we spoke with the office manager and she was very helpful. But now we are dealing with getting the rest of our money back and they are saying we need to get it back from the bank and the bank is telling us its on them.. Amazing and helpful staff
I have read many disappointing reviews of Camping world and thought some people were just being negative. However, after experiencing many technical issues with my new camper, I wish I would have listened. I have had so many leaks on my camper that I haven’t really been able to enjoy it this year. (Purchased in March 2025) I spend more time at the service center than I do camping. I suggest everyone do more research than what I did. I bought from camping world which is now a keystone RV in Lakeville Minnesota. We were suckered into purchasing the extended warranty. It doesn’t cover anything and what it does cover they’ll find a way not to cover. It’s a waste of your money. We also bought a RV from the camping world in Hugo, Minnesota.
