They had answers for our questions. Keep the large American flag waving
We recently visited the Lakeville store , we were immediately greeted by Nghia. A new salesman who has a trait that most salespeople lack , he asked what we were looking for and if there were any concerns that he should be aware of.We explained that it was our first day out looking, Nghia never forgot that. Do not deal with this shop. I put a "refundable" deposit of $1,000 to hold a trailer while I discussed it with my wife. We went with another option and they have yet to refund my deposit. A manager gives me nothing but excuses, and wants to refer me to corporate. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
We had a really good experience with the staff. We found the perfect camper.The trade process and financing couldn’t have been easier. We’re really satisfied with how staff treated us, they weren’t pushy with trying to make a sale and wanted to make sure everything worked for us and fit what we wanted.
