We purchased a new camper with the understanding of how things would go. We showed up announced at 4pm and we were to do the walk through and sign papers, which took 30 minutes and then we waited the next 2 hours to sign the paperwork that should have been ready (might have taken longer if it wasn't closing time). The walk through created a list of things that needed to be fixed, they were not upon delivery and still are not. We have no heat for starters!
