I chose Camping World Eau Claire for convenience and brand reputation, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. It took multiple calls over several days just to get basic information, and only after escalating to a manager (Mike Potter, who was the only one to get things done and move forward) did any progress begin. Purchased a used Winnebago View here. Needed a god cleaning when we first looked at it, but they did clean it up pretty good when we made the decision to get it. Also had a defective rear view camera, but Mike in Service administration stepped up to the plate and got us a new display coming. Very happy with Sales and Mike! Had a few other issues that needed attention but all in all, it was a good experience....Thanks to Mike!!

On the second day of an 11 day trip around Wisconsin, we discovered an issue with the slide on our camper. I called Camping World on Saturday morning and talked to the manager, Mike. He told us to come right in. They found the problem, fixed it fast, and kept it affordable. The staff was so friendly and the coffee was fresh and hot while we waited. Thank you for saving our vacation!!
Sales department is great. Service not so much.
