One of our scissor jacks twisted early in the morning. When we arrived at Camping World in Reno, Justin in Service came out and looked, then walked us to the parts department. Jason found in stock a part that would work, and Justin's team quickly had it installed! Shortly we were on our way, thrilled with the service and grateful they had a part for us! Thank you, EVER so much!
I'd like to acknowledge the parts department manager Scott and the service manager Tim for an awesome job of customer service. They had the best attitude and did everything they could to help me with a quick solution to my RV issue with the brakes. Basically, the next day after I came it was all done and I was able to continue my long trip. Great team, professional and fast. What else can you ask for?! Happy customer here.
Paid for a coating to be placed on the outside. It was never applied as far as I can tell. Pulled a sticker off and there appeared to be nothing on either. Also paid $995 for a predelivery inspection. When we got to our location the stove was almost on the floor, the wires were ripped out and the only thing keeping it off the floor was the propane line. Great sales team. AWFUL Service when getting your trailer repaired! My trailer has been sitting for over 24 days without anyone working on it! I was told my repairs would be 7-10 days. I recommend shopping around for a dealer with a good service team. I was told by my service writer after my trailer had been sitting for 24 days without anyone working on it that him checking on it is him helping me out! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend getting work done by camping world!!
Staff were extremely helpful. Was desperate for apart and installation and they managed to get me on the roadbin an hour.
