I took my rig in and it took 3 weeks for the repair. It's hard to talk to the service writers on the phone or get a call back if you leave a message. I had an electrical problem and had a private electrician find where the problem was, it was with a reset switch. I told the service writer but he said he'd have to have his people look at it and gave me the impression that since I am a woman I have no clue. staff was awesome.
The service people at Camping World Reno were so nice. The pop-top on my camper van popped open when I was going 75 mph, the brackets got badly twisted, and I couldn't shut it. I limped in to CWReno. Despite the fact that they had a full slate of work to do, they set a tech to helping me right away. He worked for over an hour, even enlisting help from another tech, to get the top closed enough that it would be reasonably safe to drive home.
