Camping world has the worst customer service I have experienced. My vehicle sat for days without being worked on, making me miss days for my vacation. Poor communication, lying, lack of knowledge of products and zero accountability for their mistakes.
Had a great experience working with Pete Eckert. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to show us several RV models, carefully explained the differences between them, and answered all of our questions in detail. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated how thorough he was. Thanks to his guidance, we left feeling much more informed and confident. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for an RV!
Just they were nice being like hyper but not s was good vibes
I want to start by saying that we have been RV owners for over 25 years, we had purchased many RV's from different dealers where we were able to experience great service and also terrible service. We had a great experience with the purchase of our new to us travel trailer, everyone we dealt with was very professional and made the transaction easy.
