Unless you purchase your unit at this location they will not service it, even if you bought it from camping world. They refuse to return phone calls or even look at the unit in their lot when you bring it to them. The general manager refuses to have a civil conversation about your issue or even attempt to remedy the issue on a brand new unit. Do not buy or service here it will be a nightmare.
Huge shoutout to Steve M. at Camping World for helping us get into our new Campsite Reserve! He made the whole experience easy, relaxed, and actually enjoyable. Really great help from both guys
The place used to be good when it was Gander Mountain. I would suggest going somewhere else for a camper, they will sell you a camper making it sound like a good investment but really they just want your money. It is pretty sad when there are Facebook pages about how bad this business is, and it's not just WI, it's all over the Country.
A very organized, and welcoming staff. We were not pressured into buying something we didn't want. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. Management also was very friendly and helpful. Five stars +
