I bought a camper in June of 2024. I have been able to use it twice. Camping world has had it for the last 10 weeks. Horrible experience. The staff were quick to sell me this thing, and worked extra hard on the financing. But they put it together wrong the first time, and it's been all downhill since then. The service staff are nice, but can't t seem to get anything done right the first, second, third, and we will see about the fourth time. This location has a great team to work with, from the salesman Dominic, sales manager and finance manager Tracey, everyone was wonderful and it was overall an easy going experience. They really helped us find our wants and needs within our price range, no sales aggregation or pushing whatsoever. I cannot say this for every CampingWorld we have been to, so if you’re in the market and in the area definitely pay them a visit.
I’m writing to share my recent experience with your Deforest, WI (Madison) location regarding the purchase of a used Forest River Arctic Wolf 287BH. While the process started off positively, the overall experience was marked by poor communication, lack of organization, and multiple unfulfilled promises that significantly impacted our satisfaction.
