Camping World lived up to their reputation. Inquired about a motorhome that had been on RVTrader for 386 days at a too good to be true price, but as soon as I as asked for the out the door pricing it went under contract. I wanted to give a shoutout to Jacob and William in the retail area. They were very professional and knowledgeable, helping us get everything we needed for our new camper. They even loaded our vehicle and made sure our braking system was connected to our new camper.
My wife and I have a 35 foot Fleetwood Bounder. Having issues with generator, kept cutting out. Found camping world and Sam. Sam took the time to see if he could help. Checked the oil level and it was low but still was showing on the dip stick. Sam mentioned that possibility our generator had a low level cut off safety. He and I added oil. Horrible service department. Trying to get warranty work done. The guy that is supposed to be our contact will not return calls. Tried sending email but no response there either. After over a month another service guy tried to help us. Finally got an appointment scheduled… 9am. It’s currently 1:30 pm and our trailer is still sitting no work done. They did move it after 3.5 hrs but only to a new spot. Still nothing has been done. Not sure how this will play out but DONT USE CAMPING WORLD ROANOKE VIRGINIA.
