We had a mostly positive experience at CW Roanoke. In particular, our sales associate worked with us throughout the process. We found him to be both knowledgeable and personable throughout. The man from the service department did a great job with the new owner orientation and gave us confidence in their service department.

Very rude and a waste of time. The camper we looked at had a bunch of flaws and they couldn’t even promise us that it would be fixed. It was brand new and hadn't even left the lot!! Sales man was careless and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Just an overall bad experience.
I gave camping world one star I should have given none my wife bought a camper there a tag along and I wasn't there at all and they kept throwing all these different numbers that are bottom line is she wound up paying $1,000 more than what she was supposed to have bought the camper for they they added over 3,000 worth of stuff which is BS I don't understand how they can keep a license and literally steal money from people
