Josh was polite, & knowledgeable. He had no problem answering all of my questions & wasn't in a rush. I liked working with him, my only critique would be that even though he did call to "check in", it wasn't on the day he originally said. The service department also went to great lengths to correct a wiring problem on my tow vehicle as well.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Camping World, they have an excellent selection of campers and supplies. We are really pleased with our camper!
Ready to help you when you walk in
Their prices are reasonable. Another r v supply place, west of me, wanted seventy dollars more for the exact same part that they had. I wasn't sure if I'd make it up that way.But the person I spoke with pulled the part had it waiting for me.When I got there, even though I hadn't called back to say that I would actually be there. That's customer service!
Well I got all my questions answered by good people and a solid plan forecasted for when I want to go through with my purchase. I'm Happy.
