They Changed this place,will not be going back.
Quick to take my money when I bought my 5th wheel but fail to respond to my emails or phone calls about my refunds on extended warranty/GAP. Traded in the camper on a Class A in March and this has still not been resolved. General Manager and Finance Manger need a lesson in Customer Service. This is the very reason I will refuse to spend another penny with Camping World and estatic that I purchased my new Class A elsewhere!
The staff at this location are some wonderful people! They go out of their way to answer your questions, provide excellent customer service and find you the correct products to get you taken care of! We had an issue with our campers refrigerator on our trip and Emily in service worked us in on a Saturday! We had to buy a new refrigerator and staff worked with us to find a cost effective replacement and get it installed the SAME day! Thank you to Ann (cashier) for her conversation, kindness and knowledge!
We sold our Class A Newmar Canyon Star motorhome to Camping World. Levi was so very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
