I am leaving a 1 star because I had to reach out to my brother casey Crowe ( a former employee) for help and assistance because the employees at the buford and Oakwood locations were extremely rude and kept giving us the run around and they can not return a phone call... Casey needs to come back to work there and definitely show them how to train folks Im leaving casey a 5 star because he took the time to answer my questions and helped us out

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. I purchased a dryer from Camping World, where the store owner apparently bought a new, out-of-the-box dryer, installed it in my RV a week later, and discovered it makes awful gri ding sounds on the first use. I attempted to exchange it at the store, but was denied after paying $950 for a brand-new machine. They offered to diagnose the problem at $190 per hour, which could take up to two hours. I stopped by Camping World in Buford and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ben Cunningham, an outstanding salesperson! As we looked at campers, our conversation carried on as if we had known each other for years!! I'm truly grateful and appreciate all of your efforts, Ben. I'm over the moon happy with my new camper!!
