DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER OR RV HERE!!!!!!! When I say that my husband and I experienced the most shockingly HORRIFIC customer service of our lives, it is a GROSS understatement. I am not sure how they have a 4.2 review here. i would have given a zero if only it were possible. We bought a new brand new NexusRV TSC motorhome in first week of August 2022. We were provided a "We Owe you list" which included some basic things like rips in the sofa, scratches on Microwave, rear and side cameras not working, bathroom door warped needed replacement, cabinets hardware missing/mis-aligned etc. they were promised to be fixed... Purchased a Travel Trailer, so far so good sales and finance very helpful. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be fixed. Scheduled a date and time to pick it up, which was a week later, when I got there NO repairs were done, Jack also did not work , needed to be replaced, service guys were great fixing everything right there took 2 hours , after sales need to be re- evaluated , customer service is not good. Not happy, late arrival at my destination. Overall not happy, 1 star is all it is worth.
