Total Rip off / Deceptive Sales Practices Salesman Jori Stewart was willing to endanger my 7 year olds life for an over priced sale. He and Camping World took full advantage of my lack of knowledge on RVs, towing, and my situation of facing homelessness to sale me a Camper trailer that He promised my vehicle could tow. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER OR RV HERE!!!!!!! When I say that my husband and I experienced the most shockingly HORRIFIC customer service of our lives, it is a GROSS understatement. The neglect, belligerence, and apathy demonstrated by the manager and service staff at the Avondale, AZ Camping World location was astonishing. I am not sure how they have a 4.2 review here. i would have given a zero if only it were possible. We bought a new brand new NexusRV TSC motorhome in first week of August 2022. We were provided a "We Owe you list" which included some basic things like rips in the sofa, scratches on Microwave, rear and side cameras not working, bathroom door warped needed replacement, cabinets hardware missing/mis-aligned etc. they were promised to be fixed... Purchased a Travel Trailer, so far so good sales and finance very helpful. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be fixed. Scheduled a date and time to pick it up, which was a week later, when I got there NO repairs were done, Jack also did not work , needed to be replaced, service guys were great fixing everything right there took 2 hours , after sales need to be re- evaluated , customer service is not good. Not happy, late arrival at my destination. Overall not happy, 1 star is all it is worth.
