New owners and new management needed. Repairs going on 6 months. Been told multiple times that "they can't make their people do their jobs right". Parts not ordered, zero attention to detail. Also their campers are crap, ours was not even 3 years old and had frame issues with a huge crack down the side. Management doesn't appear to care one bit.
RecommendedFrom 1st meeting w/awesome Gady S, to orientation w/Daniel then last minute electrical save w/Jason C-this has been a great experience. Retail svc was less impressive-but otherwise a knowledgeable group of pros who made our maiden voyage into camper living so much easier. Special thanks to our salesman, Gady who answered the phone and walked us thru last minute hiccups that made 1st time setup painless. Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a full service camper purchase.

RecommendedTom Johnson service has been able to repair any problem we have had. On #2 camper we were told by another Camping World that we would just have to live with our problem, Tom Johnson repaired the problem. #3 camper will go to no one else. Our service consultant is the best in the business.

RecommendedScott McClellan, who is in the Service Dept at Tom Johnson CC, called me within a few minutes of leaving my message. He gave me the exact help I needed to solve an issue with my brand new 2021 TT. We had a very wonderful informational call with him providing me 4 mobile techs information; along with the number to Forest River and a website to visit with other information I would find useful. We bought our new camper October 16 2020 from Tom Johnson in Marion. I can’t say enough about the great experience we had with our salesman Lonnie and everyone we dealt with in the sales department. After a couple of camping trips we realized there was water entering the fresh water tank when connected to city water. I contacted the service department and come to find out it’s a common problem. RecommendedWhere do I start? Everyone at TJC is so super friendly, always available to help. Every time I come out Matt Sherrill always is so nice, willing to help with anyone of my needs, he makes sure that I leave as a satisfied customer . I truly wouldn’t take my business anywhere else but Tom Johnson. As we slowly approach summer this is the ONLY place to visit!! Ask for Matt ya’ll!!!
