Do not trust this outfit. Took my fridge apart in November and my money. My fridge is not secured and he never came back with my cooling unit. Do not believe anything he says.
Had my old camper refrigerator rebuilt by Matt very cool honest man great to deal with the lady in the office is also very professional and helpful gave me helpful tips over the phone before sending out Matt definitely use this place again
I was ready to go on a family camping trip for Easter and as I was prepping I realized my RV fridge wasn’t getting cold. I called Camp Fridge and the woman the phone was very knowledgable and scheduled Matt out right away . He came out in a few hours with the parts needed at a VERY reasonable price. The fridge got cold that night and I was able to enjoy my trip up north. They even called the next day to ensure I was up and running. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for fair and fast help with their fridge!
Please make sure you do not pay them until you are positive the repair has been correctly completed . Matt was scheduled 9 different times to come fix our fridge, 5 of those he either canceled or was a no show. Many times he arrived unprepared. Long story short, we paid $1290, with him coming multiple times and our fridge is still never below 45-50 degrees. We decided to drive home and have it fixed locally.
