They were friendly and helpful to work with until they made a mistake and didn't take action to fix it. They were responsible for posting an obituary in the newspaper. I emailed what I wrote to their office staff, they sent it back with suggestions that included misspelling our last name, poor grammar, and an incorrect location of the funeral.
