They were friendly and helpful to work with until they made a mistake and didn't take action to fix it. They were responsible for posting an obituary in the newspaper. I emailed what I wrote to their office staff, they sent it back with suggestions that included misspelling our last name, poor grammar, and an incorrect location of the funeral. I unfortunately missed the last issue. When the obituary was published and I caught the mistake they did not apologize, or offer to help. I pressured them and they said they'd fix it. ... read more
