The van was competitively priced, clean and ran well. Not brand new but that was reflected in the hire cost. Very pleased with our second Camperman experience. Went for two weeks on this occasion and travelled 3653 km. Only significant grumble was that the gas stove igniter didn’t work and we had to borrow a fire lighter from another camper the first night. Wow. Where do I begin, this was by far my worst customer experience. We paid a relatively cheap price for a camper for 25 nights, so I was willing to let some things slide considering the cost compared to other providers, but eventually it all just got a bit ridiculous. We picked up our campervan from Sydney. We got into the van once we had gone over paperwork etc and got on the road excited for our trip. On closer inspection, the towels provided absolutely stunk.
