We've had our camper there for warranty work, they have had our camper for 1 month and 3 days, nothing at all has been done to the camper,we are picking it up and taking it somewhere else to have the work done, very sketchy service manager and service department, would not recommend taking anything there for warranty work, they will keep telling you lies and nothing ever gets done, customers beware of this sub par company
I took my motorhome in for a minor electrical problem with my towed vehicle turn signals. I had already isolated the problem to the motorhome, and not the towed vehicle. In less than an hour, they told me nothing was wrong with the system. (I later found it was a bad fuse and changed it. The fuse was located in the spare tire compartment and I had not found it.) Camper’s Inn could not diagnose a problem (said it was fine) and had it in their shop less than an hour. They charged me for four hours labor. I had to pay it to get... read more
Campers Inn of Mocksville came highly recommended to us by fellow RVers. We drove our 2018 Winnebago View the extra hour to get a diagnosis on the Head Unit. Everything worked fine but the GPS. They let me know it would cost about $160 to get the diagnosis. No problem. When I returned to get the RV, the only "function" remaining from the head unit was constant radio static. No backup camera, no radio, no blue-tooth - nothing but noise which could not be turned off. They then said it would be $4800 to get a new unit. So basic... read more
My husband, Daniel Bailey and I purchased an RV there today. It was, BY FAR, the best experience making a big purchase EVER! They were all kind, courteous, and straight-forward. I recommend this location to anyone with a camping need.
Customer Service is terrible! I do not recommend buying a camper from them. They had our camper for 5 weeks for some leaking windows. Still not sure they are fixed. They messed up our valances over the windows when they put them back on. They lost our tongue block which was custom made, gave us a piece of wood and tried to tell us it was what we brought. The lady in the service department gave us the run around every time we called blaming the delay on the factory warranty department. I will be looking elsewhere when it is t... read more
Awful customer service experience. They had our camper for over 2 weeks. We wanted to add several things to get ready for a trip. They did not order the correct items or did not order them at all. They also did not return calls. We ended up having to go to the place twice to even talk to someone and get an update. And even after that, they only installed a fan. Which was 1 of 7 items on the list. Waste of time.
my wife and i bought a 31 foot itasca motor home on saturday july 11. it was a used 2011 model this is our 1st experience at doing something like this and we needed someone who understood our situation and took the time to help us along. we found that in there tech jimbob. this guy understood our situation and went the extra mile we believe in helping us understand the operation of this unit. it was overwhelming to say the least but jimbob was outstanding. i suggest that if you ever buy a unit that you request jimbob to help... read more
On 5/29/20 I purchased a 2021 Phoenix TRX. The camper was represented to me as having solar panels on the roof and this was a major selling point for me. I was waxing the vehicle and while on the step ladder, to my disbelief, there were not any solar panels. The general manager did not even take the time from eating his potato chips to speak with me as I sat outside his glass enclosed office. All they did to try to fix their mistake was handing me a build sheet and simply saying the solar panels were not on there. I could ha... read more
I bought my 2020 Winnebago Adventurer 36z last December. I love this RV. The staff at Campers Inn in Mocksville, NC are super nice. This includes sales, service, parts and mechanics. I had extras installed and service was super nice and responsive. Appointment within 2 weeks and completed within 3 days.
