Salesman played golf the day I was scheduled to up new Airstream, other person didn't know how things worked, didn't know how lights worked, or so many things, the sticker said it was winterized,the temperature dropped, the water heater froze, I had to pay $1,600 to get it fixed. I wish I went to a different dealer. I suggest that you go to another dealer, at least until they can learn how an Airstream works.
Outstanding service on the door to our 2001 Classic. We had just left the Airstream International Rally and noticed the bottom hinge of the door was quite loose and could not be tightened any further. They squeezed us in since we were traveling through. Marc did a great job.
10 Stars for Airstream of Southern New England! 5 Stars go to Service Advisor Tina who, on a Friday afternoon, recognized our on-the-road delimma and scheduled us for next day (yes, Saturday) service. 5 Stars go to Marc, a highly experienced technicisn who quickly analyzed and solved our water and heating issues. Their teamwork allows us to spend two more months of enjoyable travel before returning to Minnesota. Thank You.
