We bought our rv right when Covid hit so we have only used it 3 Xs and had several small issues. the 5 year warranty is useless nothing is covered the staff were less than friendly never said thank you good to see you , enjoy , nothing we got out of there and won’t be back!

TOOLS STOLEN FROM CAMPER !!! I took my camper in to have the awning fixed under warranty after it ripped off the roof after 2 uses. When I was there for pick up they couldn’t find the keys I made sure the storage compartment was locked when I left it there then I came to pick up the compartment was still locked. I got the camper home and opened the compartment and my craftsman tool box was gone! When I called they said the tech never went in the compartment witch he had no reason to be in there. If I could give 0 stars I would. We drove 30 minutes to look for a travel trailer. The only employee who said anything to us was the receptionist who was eating her lunch. There was about 10 other employees sitting around watching us look around. Not one came up to us to see what we were looking for. If I am going to spend that kind of money, I will be giving it to a company who actual cares if they get our business.
