Jed in Service is a credit to that dealership. An issue discovered right before a trip was handled extraordinarily well by him. Due to miscommunication, the vehicle had not been winterized as expected and sustained damage. Jed did everything that he could to address the issue as quickly as possible. Terrible experience with whole process. It appears that the team only cares about the sale & once that is done so is your customer service. Here is a list of our problems. We took delivery the last week of April. * Our salesperson Ben & Finance Manager forgot to submit our promised rebate to Grand Design. A promised 6 weeks turned into 5+ months only after our consistent demands * Our walk thru for delivery was a joke. ***SEE UPDATES BELOW*** Update 07-07-2026- Camper has been good for the past year and having lots of fun. Of course I have been doing any needed repair work myself. Update 04-22-2025 -- Repair finally taken care of and done properly. Campers Inn sent a mobile repair company to replace and install the new trim parts. Just frustrating that it took so long with multiple unsuccessful trips to the facility, to get the issue corrected that was identified when we took delivery in August 2024. Can't use the parts isles to buy something on a sunday
Camper's Inn in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The service department has been a nightmare... that's the jist of it. I bought a trailer in December 2025 and it still remains in the care of Camper's Inn, in Merrimack. Still not working and it's electrical. We need to convince them to trade it in on another one that works and is safe from fire. I don't have any pictures because my trailer is in the Camper's Inn Lot.
