Came for the Drive up Winterization event. Easy and quick! Justin and Tyler were knowledgeable and polite.
Overall it was a good/positive experience. The sales person, Junior Farias, was very easy to work with. He was attentive, patient, no pressure, and well organized. In terms of Campers Inn I was appreciative that they allowed me to bring in a 3rd party certified technician to go through the camper before I agreed to buy it. Turns out there weren't any issues but peace of mind has a cost and I'd do it again. Campers aren't like buying a new car.
A great experience today at Camper's Inn, Merrimack, NH to get my RV winterized. They also provided a 12 point inspection, Danny, Justin and Linda had me in and out of there in no time. Very efficient. Update 10/16/25. Winterized again at Campers Inn. Thanks to Justin Duncan and Tylet West for a thorough job.
Went to trade in my 2016 Rockwood for a larger trailer. They wanted to give me 1500.00 for my trailer. I understand they need to make money off the trade but come on the low retail value is 15,000.00. Don't try to trade anything in here unless you want to get reamed!
