If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased a brand new Renegade end of March, picked up third week of April. Fairly decent experience. However, within a few hundred miles of driving the coolant ran dangerously low threatening to compromise the engine. What to do? Well, I can tell you, no one in the service department was willing to advise or help.... instead telling me to take it to a Freightliner distributor wherever I was that weekend.....what a joke! We worked with Junior at Camper’s Inn RV of Merrimack, NH. When we first arrived at Camper’s Inn, we were greeted by friendly staff who introduced us to Junior. My first impression of Camper’s Inn was how clean the building was, and how well organized the process is. Junior was delightful and easy to work with from the start. Went through here one time with my wife and kids. You think sales staff would be there like a car lot. Anyways, cops stopped us saying someone was trying to BnE. Took my ID and questioned us. Maybe instead of being lazy they should have staff working regular hours like a car lot.
Don’t buy from Campers Inn! If I could give a zero star I would. My family has never experienced such awful customer service as we have at this place. We bought a camper here and have noticed multiple things that need to be fixed, they don’t return calls, they do extremely low quality fixes and offer no help. Truly an awful company with a team has no idea what they’re doing. Purchase your camper somewhere else, we wish we did.
Recently purchased a new rv and as a newbie didn’t know what to expect. As a first timer I have to say that my experience was excellent. Jake Gowan my sales person was very professional pleasant patient and knowledgeable. Linda in finance got a us a very good finance package along with Dave who helped us with all the paperwork.
