Do not buy and RV from this dealership you will regret it. There is no customer support . I purchased a new motorhome with multiple defects. They are incompetent and indifferent to helping you . Go some place else that appreciates your business.

This dealer plays nothing but games and sales tactics. As you can see my sales person, Chris got my offer confirmed and approved only To be called 20 minutes later from Andre the manager to say sorry it’s my fault. I gave chris the older pricing Instead of the new pricing and it’s going to cost you an additional $12,000 even though we already had and made a deal for $254k no sorry it’s going to be $266k now because I gave him the old pricing my fault he said. Purchased a 32 ft camper from Merrimack they told me had to make an appointment to pick it up and that was in three weeks. The reasons were had to go through it, clean it and check it all out. Now mean while it’s there on my 20 day plate they screwed me on that because I have to go register it because plate ran out , also they didn’t clean nothing it was in say condition when we looked at it to purchase it. I was in with my RV unit to have it winterized with the help of Tyler and Justin they did an incredible job with the inspection and with the winterizing very pleased with their work and their explanation of what was done. They were very fast and very efficient and answered any questions I had.
