I had a great experience with their service department. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted. They even went out of their way to fix a small problem that came up. A special shoutout to Gene for being very professional.
Do not buy gap insurance from these people after I traded in my RV I bought from them they would not cancel my gap coverage after I did it myself they claim it would take 8 to 10 weeks for my refund which every business I've dealt with only took. 4 weeks it's been 9 weeks still no refund hoping the bbb will get me results
The service management is useless! They do not return calls, lie about not having your number, and do not really care about making it better. Do not buy from them because after that you are forever waiting to get your camper fixer!
Just bought a new 2019 Thor Four Winds Class C camper. Everyone from Guy in Sales, Ricky in Finance, Pam from the front desk have provided us with a very pleasant experience. Jerry, the Service Tech was very helpful in giving the walk-thru.
Just bought a 2020 Pleasureway Class B camper from Rich,"Frenchy", after trading in our old camper which we had bought from him 6 years prior. My husband and I are so impressed with our experience at Campers Inn of Leesburg from start to finish. Frenchy is an excellent, honest, sincere salesman. You can trust him! Diane, GM and Finance, is also top notch. Matt gave us an excellent and thorough orientation to our new home. Pam set us up with a free one year camping membership and explained all of the nuisances to the program.... read more
