We had an issue with our motorhome and Campers Inn picked up the tab and got us on our way. A big thank you to Kevin the service manger and the Gen. Manager. They have our future business. William and Shirleyann May.
Not as many Class B or Class C campers at this location. Limited used selections.
Awful customer service follow through. Purchased a camper February 8, 2025.....still do not have title or registration. They have a different excuse every time IF they pick up phone. No they will not answer any emails or calls. The last excuse was that it's in the 3rd party companies fault and they only have access to the dashboard. General manager Chris was going to be the hero and told me to relax he had it covered until he never called back and doesn't answer his phone e now either. Still no registration 5 months later!!!
We spent months looking for our new camper, leaving the Byron Superstore and Camping World for Campers Inn (posting here b/c no one from corporate has helped with this situation). Our salesman was wonderful and went above and beyond. However, when we were asked to consider financing instead of paying cash, it went downhill quickly. We agreed to finance because we were told the dealership gets an incentive from the finance company and that would allow them to lower our price a little more.
