I purchased a new 2025 K-Z Durango 5th wheel at Campers Inns in Jacksonville, FL. This was purchased online. The dealer swapped an upgrade double recliner with a massage and heating system for a plain standard sofa bed, as l requested over the phone and via text messages, because this was a deal-breaker for me. Service department did my repairs in the amount of time they said it would take and I wasn't surprised with any hidden fees when I went to pickup my RV. I will be using tem again for any future repairs I may need.
They were like a NASCAR pit crew. I was in and out!
