We visited the Madison Al location just to look around and get some ideas. Our timeline is quite a ways out before we are ready to purchase. We worked with Justin Long and he understood our timeline and did not push a sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about all products. He really knew his inventory. He made sure to figure out what we did and didn't want in a fifth wheel and made sure to show us things we wanted to see and even things he knew we would like but we didn't mention. Save yourself a lot of time and go to Bankston. These people make a bunch of promises they can’t keep. We have an open recall for a grand design from grand design and they pretend like it does not exist and they were also supposed to get us a couch that was included in our idea when we purchased it and they keep avoiding that.
Brandon….. I can’t even begin to put in words how amazing this man is. Please see him for any of your needs when it comes to RV’s or travel trailers

What an amazing staff, from Josh my salesman, Bob in finance, the GM Clay all the way out to the shop. I previously owned a 5th wheel but the walkthrough with Mason pointed out several things I was doing wrong. I had shopped from Knoxville to Chattanooga without satisfaction, once I spent time with the staff I knew I was where I needed to be. I would gladly select more stars if available.
