We had a fantastic experience purchasing our camper. John was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to help us find the perfect camper for our family’s needs. Very disappointed in Camper Inn. After a month we finally picked up our 5th wheel. The service department- specifically Jamie, is the reason for the review. I inquired about the work they did and frankly I do not know much about the mechanics of the camper, but in trying to understand about what they did and what I paid for, Jamie's response was really abrupt and condescending. I wouldn't recommend using these people for service. Otherwise, the other gentleman I spoke to was nice.
The customer service team and camper service department are less than stellar. I took my camper in for a complete service overhaul and asked them to de-winterize the camper. When I arrived at my campsite a few days later, I noticed that the water wasn’t on. I had no hot water because they never finished the de-winterization process. Which then led me to question, what else did they not do. I called twice only to be told that they would look into it and call me back. My Wife and I have been looking for an RV for sometime, but when it was time the Entire Staff at Campers INN RV have been OUTSTANDING! They were able to find the RV that was right for us and was able to provide a cost that fit our wallet. Mike Wallace was the best Matchmaker ever!
