We just purchased our new Grand Design Influence from Campers Inn and could not be happier with our purchase, or the dealership. This is our third RV and the first we have purchased from Campers Inn. We picked up our fifth wheel Saturday after being in for service since Easter week. We paid for the roof to be spot sealed at the advice of the service dept. This is the “silver and gold package.” After driving 500 miles i noticed something flapping on the roof. We pulled over and found a big problem!!! I’ll be waiting for the manger to return my call before escalating.
We purchased a new grand design 22 mle from campers inn that had an unexpected problem on delivery. The management team took care of the issue post warranty claim and was able to fast track resolution for us so we could go camping. Bob, Peyton, and Jason were a huge help. Updating post due to original issues. The staff was a huge help.
Great experience purchasing my first camper. Brittany in parts was extremely helpful as well with answering all of my extra questions!
