Jessica did a phenomenal job working with me and my husband. She was very personable and kind assisting with every detail. She was thorough and made the experience stress free and enjoyable. She answered questions and met the criteria that was our preference and in our budget. She excels in customer service and went above and beyond to assist us with what we were looking for. I can’t thank her enough and I would highly recommend her and the company if ever we were in the market again!
Hmmmmm, still addressing issues that escaped their attention upon inspection of the unit. Has cost me extra time and money.
I purchased my 2020 class A from Josh Martinez with Campers Inn RV in Madison Alabama on October 11. Do not do business with these people. They sell absolute junk. Nothing but issues with the rv i bought from them. Paden the sales manager made a deal with me and completely dishonored the deal. The service department tried to overcharge me on parts after the slide failed. Run away as fast as you can. Absolute liars and scam artists.
Very attentive staff that are knowledgeable about their RVs and how to make sure you can enjoy them. No high pressure tactics. Very respectful.
