Josh was extremely knowledgeable of all camper makes worked with me on my priorities and narrowed my preferences down to 3 good fit campers. He had extensive knowledge of all 3 makes and I was happy to make a deal on a Grand designs 250ml 5th wheel. Ray my service tech spent a great deal of time explaining the features of this model some of which I hadn’t had before so had plenty of questions which he answered with confidence. Way too pushy to make a deal. Josh was very nice but they kept calling my father over and over after we left and wouldn't let us have any good final private conversations without the salesman or someone else coming over. If they weren't too pushy about things and making many red flags they would be able to make decent sales. Unfortunately will not be back to any locations anymore.
The dealer experience here at this RV dealer was top-notch for our experience!! Clay (gen man.), Bobby (financials), Mike (dealer), and Paden (sales man.) were all on top of listening to our concerns, wants/needs, and making sure we found the RV of our dreams! I would do it all over again! We will be leaving a review of the service dept. once we have interactions with them. But so far, if you need an RV, please consider these amazing humans to help you decide.
For 20yrs I have received phenomenal RV service from the Campers Inn in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Due to this location closing, I was forced to find a new dependable RV Service Center. Thus, I made an appointment at Campers Inn RV of Huntsville Alabama. First, happy moment, we could schedule a service appointment in just a few weeks.
