The vans are top notch, but what really sets this place apart is Mike Mercier. This man is so damn charming and deeply knowledgeable in ways that go way beyond what you can find online. I wish I could buy everything from him!
Purchased my first RV—a Class C Jayco Melbourne—from Campers Inn of Fredericksburg, and the entire experience was outstanding. They took great care of us and stayed open in extra hour to finish our repair. I'll definitely be returning to the shop.
Gave them the part # I needed for my fridge. Lost 2 hours driving the wrong way (with my RV) to get the part and when I arrived it was actually for a water heater. They never apologized… just refunded. What a waste of time and money
I cannot say enough good things about this place. We purchased our travel trailer from them and they have been there for us for everything. Amy is outstanding such an awesome person who is helpful and friendly. We will continue to only go here for our camper needs and when we purchase out next RV. if you want honestly, professionalism and to feel valued this is the place to go!
