The service team at Campers Inn of Collinsville did a great job on some repairs we needed after a tire blowout. The camper came home good as new and we are co rodent of the work completed. The job was definitely in the range of what we were expecting g for the extent of the job. Well done! Close to home and pleasant interactions with the staff. Lisa was our service coordinator and did a good job.

Never take your camper here for work. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. Never called for two weeks to even give me an estimate. Didn't finish half the work, and put hole in back of camper. Just fixed it myself since I didn't want them to keep it for another month just to do more damage than they fix.
Took our travel trailer in to service the air conditioner because it started leaking condensate inside rather than to the outside. All they did was drill another hole in it and tip it up in the frame, $200. This left big gaps to exterior with the unit not seated properly AND it still leaked to inside. Took it back, told them we didn't want it tipped like that and it was still leaking inside anyway.
