Went there while on a visit to see my new grandbaby girl being born on March 16th.. We went here after so we had some time. However no one ever came out to wait on us. We parked right in front of the sales building... No one came out to wait on us.. and we can buy we just wanted questions answered if someone we liked had come out to wait on us and build a relationship with us they would have had a sale..... I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of communication and follow-through from the service department has been extremely frustrating. I brought our RV in for two manufacturer warranty repairs, and the process has now stretched close to a full year with constant follow-ups required just to get basic updates. Very happy with our experience with Rob Bolin, Service and Parts Advisor who showed us campers on a very cold day, we were just looking! Rob explained to us he was not a salesman but he sold us a camper! Such a nice young man with a lot of camper/trailer knowledge! Our whole experience was 5-star from Rob, Grant, Will and Chris. We hope to continue our 5 Star experience in our camping journey!
