First time buying a camper and Michelle was incredible. Everyone there is upfront and knowledgeable. No hidden costs. We are even getting a 2 hour training class on our camper! We have found other places had hidden costs.
Stay away from the service department.
We went to the service department to get a new awning. Set a date to get it done, brought it in. They didn’t order the fabric. Alright we let it slide, they said on 4 separate occasions it would be done, kept calling because they had basically no communication - still no fabric. Mistakes happen but the service manager Dennis was unprofessional and rude when we’d check in because we were coming up on a trip and it was supposed to be done a week prior. We met with Jeff Vogt at the dealership to talk about and view floor plans and options as we wanted to down size and find a camper for us. He took his time and showed us several options in the snow but the one we wanted to see was at the Bedford Rv show so we met him down there the next day, where we fell in love with the jayco 26fk! Jeff and the rest of the staff were great through every step of the process, and now 2 months after they are still beyond helpful!
