This is the second camper we have purchaced from Campers Inn of Acworth. As with first time everyone that we worked with went above and beyond to give us fantastic service. Our salesman, Jonathon Gentry took the time to show us several models, all of which checked off our boxes. Mr. Allen gave us our walk-through and he answered all of my questions until I was confident of my understanding. Their customer service is awful. No response to emails or phone calls. No one is ever there to answer the phones. They don’t appreciate any of their customers. Absolute garbage. They have had our trailer for over a month and nothing has been done after I approved the $5000 repair!

Campers Inn Hatfield – Buyer beware. Worst experience ever! I must say, Service team is great. But the sales team is greedy, unfair, and unaccountable. As my new unit is being returned to the factory for a defect, sales person told me, “Campers Inn will not lose money on a factory problem”. If you're thinking about an RV you probably want to look elsewhere. I bought a new Winnebago Revel at the Campers Inn in Kingston NH last October. There is an issue with the roof mounted MaxxAir fan. I ordered the replacement parts myself. I called them yesterdayto see if they can make the necessary repair. They said they could not get it in until August. Positive experience from the beginning to the end! Anthony in sales is excellent - he spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and made it a fun experience! We purchased our new 2022 IBEX 19MBH and couldn't be happier! I also need to mention Dianne in Finance who went above and beyond! The customer service that we received far exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give no stars! This was the worst experience, NEVER even put your foot in the door here! I began the process of purchasing a used travel trailer (Stock #75912A - which they still as of todays date show SOLD on the website) only to be told the trailer could not be sold to me due to an inoperable slide out. I was told for over 2 weeks by the salesman that everything was fine, repairs were being made to the slide out and the camper was "mine" and Diane would be calling me to schedule a date/time to complete pa... read more

Our recent service with Campers Inn was a good experience. We got warranted items replaced in a short period of time. Ron, in the service department was very prompt with updates for items ordered as we are living in the camper awaiting our new home start. We plan to continue working with them.
