Pinch me! We are driving home now with our brand new Grand Design Imagine 2800BH. Collier was the best RV matchmaker! He listened to what we were looking for, no pressure at all. When we picked it up Ashley fully explained how to do everything with the camper including how to winterize it. And Mark made the paperwork process a breeze. We are happy campers!❤️
I had purchased a camper from them paid cash for a used camper which they told me everything worked So 1month after I bought it the refrigerator went bad so i called a technician out he said it’s been leaking gasses for a while now 3 months after purchase it’s getting cold out so I turned on the heat WELL GUess WHAT THe furnace doesn’t work either !! Have had several service visits in the past few months. Sammy was my service writer and was always very courteous and professional. Kept me informed of parts received and expedited when possible the repairs needed. Very pleased with Sammy's handling of my service needs.
We have been very pleased with Campers Inn. TJ in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also liked the fact that it was not a high pressure sales experience. Josh did our walk through and was awesome! Very knowledgeable and had great advice on several things. Jackson was also very helpful in getting us what we needed to set up our travel trailer. Great experience thus far.

TJ in sales was awesome and very helpful. He kept us up to date and communicated every step of the way. Financing and the service department were also awesome and very friendly. They were able to answer all our questions and help us with everything. Five stars!!!

We own a Solitude 2020 and the roof needed replacing. Grand Design encouraged us to use Campers Inn Acworth for this repair. We also had several other warranty items. I had already contacted Grand Design for the approval. Our issues were with the service advisor Daniel Kaiser. He never once proactively contacted us. I emailed, called, and had to drive 3 hours to get a status on the repairs. I cannot communicate our dissatisfaction with Daniel.
