This is the second camper we have purchaced from Campers Inn of Acworth. As with first time everyone that we worked with went above and beyond to give us fantastic service. Our salesman, Jonathon Gentry took the time to show us several models, all of which checked off our boxes. We would recommend Campers Inn in Acworth to anyone looking to purchase a rv in today's market. We had the best experience ever from our Sales Rep, Finance, Service Advisor, Parts Dept and the Service Tech who gave us the most thorough and informative walk through of our new Grand Design Transcend we could have even imagined. This was not our first rv purchase but it was, by far, the best experience and we absolutely love our new camper thanks to all the wonderful folks at Campers Inn in Acworth.
A recent storm totaled our 5th wheel and we turned to Tracey and Sammy in Service to help guide us through the claims process. Their experience and knowledge was simply amazing and critical to getting everything handled quickly and easily. They also understood the stress and emotional toll something like this can cause and were very empathetic with their updates and follow-up communications. Five stars! And many thanks once again to Tracey, Sammy and the rest of the team.

Since purchasing our 5th Wheel Camper from Campers Inn (Acworth) in 2018, we have always received outstanding service from the Service and Parts Departments. When I go inside they welcome me by name and they go out of their way to address my questions or concerns. Jackson, in Parts, is so friendly and helpful, while Tracey Smith in Service is the best they have. She communicates as promised and is proactive in your best interest.
