Great communication, honesty, and attention to detail! Needed horse trailer brakes, and they fixed me up!
I would like to share a great experience I had with a repair of my 25 year old horse trailer. The trailer brakes were not working at all. They did a thorough diagnostics of the trucks controller and trailer braking system. They were up front and honest about what needed to be repaired/replaced and what might need future consideration. Wanted to share a great experience I had with a repair of my large boat trailer's surge brakes. I was stranded on the road and Campers Choice was able to pick up my trailer, diagnose the issue with photos, and fix the issue down to the root cause pretty quickly and definitely with high quality. Derrick (shop manager) had great communication and the office staff were great to talk to. Highly recommend for any service work!!
We had a great experience with Campers Choice RV. We had settled on the R-pod 192 and found it here for ~$7,000 less than elsewhere, AND they did NOT charge an additional ~$1,800 fee for the walkthrough that we had heard at other dealerships, and which, according to the Forest River owner's manual, is required to be done by the dealer. They installied 7 pin wiring, the stabilizer bars, the brake controller, and we chose to get the lithium batteries and the starter kit. Josh and Sabrina at Camper’s Choice RV were absolutely amazing. We have traveled from Florida to Washington and had a problem with our power tongue jack on our trailer and needed it fixed. We called them in the morning and they were able to take us in right away. Josh quickly took care of the problem and we were able to continue on our trip. If you need any RV/trailer services, I highly recommend them.
