The dealership was very helpful and accommodating in making the inspection process go smoothly, and theyvwere able to stage the coach so we both water and electricity available. Jim was the sales rep, and he was very kind and great to work with. Thanks so much for all your help with making the inspection happen!
Mike Salazar took care of us the same day while traveling through Port Angeles for a few days. We had a black valve stuck in the closed position and the black tank 2/3 rds full of waste. Mikes technician was able to dump the waste, replace the valve, and flush the system. The new valve works smoothly! The repairs were completed in about 5 hours and within the time and estimated cost Mike had provided initially. We really appreciate the work he and his team did.
Slide out alignment issue. They straightened out the slide out as promised. Excellent attitude!
They got my RV in quickly, finished the work on time and helped me with the warranty claim.
