If I could give RV Country Sequim 10 Stars I would! RV Country Sequim went above & beyond to diagnose the problem & get it fixed the same day. When there’s a heat wave & your A/C is not working & you have 2 pups traveling with you, this heat gets pretty old. I can’t thank RV Country Sequim enough for diagnosing & installing a new thermostat. Thank you!
My 25-year old motorhome generator died. I took it to RV Country in Sequim and worked with Mike the Service Manager. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They installed a new, in stock, generator with the same power ratings as the old one. When I got home I tested the generator and it ran just fine, but it was not producing any output voltage. The dealership was very helpful and accommodating in making the inspection process go smoothly, and theyvwere able to stage the coach so we both water and electricity available.
