Our experience with RV Country was very good from start to finish, Wes was very easy to work with, he was professional and patient, he answered all our questions. Dave was also very nice, he was very knowledgeable about the RV we purchased, he made sure we understood how everything worked. Jason was also easy to work with, he explained everything clearly so the financial part went smoothly. Everyone in the office greeted us with a smile, I definitely would purchase there again.
Super customer service by everyone, specifically Kristen & Dynara. They're professional, friendly, thorough, & knowledgeable. Kristen solved our issue w/ our RV window screen replacement by never giving up. I can tell that they enjoy working there. Wonderful experience!!
My husband and I were on vacation when we had an unfortunate problem with our black tank valve on our brand new (2025) Forest River Grand Surveyor. We called Forest River warranty department but they were unable to find us a RV dealership that could complete the repairs. My husband and I were afraid we were going to have to cut our vacation short. Luckily I found RV Country dealership in Sequim, Washington. I called and spoke with ,Mike Salazar,Service Manager.
