Finally! A RV service department that is competent. We took our fifth wheel in for repairs and they did some warranty work on our cougar. We had been having a terrible experience with incompetency at the Holiday World of Willis. I had just about given up, But someone had mentioned Camperland was a very good service center. STOP!! A THIEF works here. We left our RV at Camperland for an estimate that might be covered by warranty. When we got home found that three envelopes that we keep money in, in various places in the bedroom were gone. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to be up there and you could not get there without opening the slideout (which with our dead battery could only be done in the shop). If I could give 0 stars I would. The service department is absolutely awful. Our 5th wheel has been there since January for Hurricane damage and warranty work. We went to pick it up today after being told it was ready and that “the floors looked great” just to find out that only the roof had been replaced, no water damage repaired and no warranty work performed. 3 months they have had it! My wife and I just purchased an RV at Camperland, after having looked at dozens of RVs over the last several months. We are very pleased with all the people and the services provided. Staff are very knowledgable. We now have met most of the staff and all of them are very friendly and have good answers for all our many questions. The staff work well together and spent a lot of time teaching us how to operate our RV.
Stay away, worst repair facility in Montgomery County
Unprofessional and Poor Work We were so displeased with their service, their work was poor and sloppy and when confronted about the service we received attitude and excuses. They are overpriced for their service, I have no problem paying a higher price for excellent work, but in this case I was considering disputing every charge. They are disorganized and even lost our work order, when we asked for more services they hand wrote it on the work order and never completed the requests. I would never recommend them.
Would Not Recommend – Not only are their prices too high, their attitudes are horrible, their work is bad and incomplete, and they are so unorganized they lost our work order. Most of the work we requested was not completed because they hand wrote it on the order and never actually worked on it. It was such a bad job we took it to another place just to redo their sloppy work.
CamperLand RV service - look elsewhere – Disorganized shop. Poor customer service. Seem desperate for $$. Watch out for this place they will gouge you and offer little in return.
