The true quality of a business shows most clearly when there is a problem. I had an issue with a repair that was parts related. The parts company simply refused to consider the issue, but the guys at Camperdown replaced it anyway. A business that values customer loyalty by looking out for the customer, and cultivating trust, is the kind of business we should support. Such great service here! Simon was super responsive and helpful and was so great at explaining things. I came in with 0 knowledge and left knowing exactly why I was having issues and how they were going to fix it. I was also made aware of everything that was happening behind the scenes and was consulted with for bigger decisions that were made. Looking forward to having an ongoing relationship with this crew 👍🏽
