Awesome! Our AC went out in 100deg weather and the family run business got right to it and fixed it immediately. Great place and friendly, ethical, service. Reasonably priced too!
We were traveling down interstate 70 from Denver heading to Florida. the slide on our bedroom on our grand design Solitude broke and was inoperative. I called on a Monday morning, Shane asked me to drop off my RV and had it ready with both of my slides fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Extremely fair pricing and rapid service for me traveling. can’t say enough good things about this business.
Can't speak for the whole staff, but Roger is the worst person I've ever done any kind of business with. He's incredibly unprofessional, rude, and deceitful. Every step of the process of having him work on my travel trailer was an absolute nightmare. He refused to communicate with insurance.. then when he had no choice to - he lied to them and said that the damage to my trailer wasn't a result of a wind/hail storm that rolled through that damaged my other two vehicles which were both processed through insurance to get repair... read more
The owners, Spencer and Roger, are absolutely phenomenal when you need an urgent repair, parts or purchasing a RV. They both have many years of experience so they can figure out even the most difficult repairs to get you back on the road camping. I always recommend them to others and deservedly so. We are very fortunate to have them in Hays since trustworthy and dependable RV repair shops are impossible to find nowadays.
Dropped in here looking for something I figured was a long shot. Gentleman behind the counter asked a couple questions, told me where to go and exactly what to purchase. Good parts counter people keep the world spinning 'round.
