The owners, Spencer and Roger, are absolutely phenomenal when you need an urgent repair, parts or purchasing a RV. They both have many years of experience so they can figure out even the most difficult repairs to get you back on the road camping. I always recommend them to others and deservedly so. We are very fortunate to have them in Hays since trustworthy and dependable RV repair shops are impossible to find nowadays.
Dropped in here looking for something I figured was a long shot. Gentleman behind the counter asked a couple questions, told me where to go and exactly what to purchase. Good parts counter people keep the world spinning 'round.
Our vent cover flew off in high winds, I googled rv parts and this one was about an hour on our way. They had the part, met us at the door and installed it immediately, getting us back on the road
Great RV place. We are here temporarily for work. Twice these good folks have helped us out of a bind and once we just needed some regular maintenance. When our slide wouldn't go out, we called in the afternoon and they had it fixed the same day. Quick service, good work, reasonable prices. We are headed to Florida in a few days. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us and our RV while we were here!
