I recently took my camper in for a water heater and exterior trim repair. I fully expected to have to wait for several weeks to have it completed but I received a call within a few days, telling me it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was well pleased with the very reasonable cost. I occasionally buy parts from them, and Sandra at the counter has never failed to get them for me even though some have been somewhat obscure. USE AMAZON! GREED BEFORE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am fair and I am a business person. I am not one to leave negative comments however; I just returned a few simple things (tape and sealer) that were back on the shelf before I could even get the credit receipt and they charged me over $50 for the return. These were just a handful of items that a two year-old could pick up. I was very disappointed. Was 3 stars because everything in the parts store is extraordinarily overpriced, same foreign low quality goods but 3 times the price of ordering online, but hey, in a bind, it's there. 2 stars because picked up the 1 propane hose they had left ($90 + 3.5% cc fee), it was 6 ft I needed 4. It was going to drag the ground unless it was tied in a knot. I didn't even take it out of the packaging or cut the zip tie on it and brought it back less than an hour later and got charged a $17 restocking fee... for what. Just use Camping... read more
