Kevin was excellent to work with - got a good price over the phone and paperwork to fill out before we even got there. Very smooth transaction. Would recommend to others.
I normally don't write reviews, but in this case it is absolutely warranted. My fiancé and I purchased an Ember 22ETS travel trailer from Kevin at Markquart RV. worst dealership experience of my life. The regret is off the charts! Once you sign on the dotted line, You are no longer important or a concern. If you want to be upsold on extra packages that double the cost of your camper, this is the place for you! If you want to bring your newly purchased used RV home to find the black tank full of sewage, this is the place for you! First time Travel Trailer purchaser and I couldn’t have picked a better place to go. The whole team from Kevin our sales rep to the techs Christian and Luis were awesome. There was no pressure and they were attentive and patient with all the questions I had. A few days after purchase a hail storm came through and they have been great through that process as well. I recommend to anyone who is in the process of purchasing.
I haven't bought an RV from Markquart YET. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of everyone I've spoken to there. Whether I buy my next camper from them or not.They will have my business. Nobody there is pushy, and I am always treated with kindness and respect. This is rare in the industry!
