My wife and I bought our first camper and we decided to have it checked over by Camper Commander. They inspected and found issues that should be addressed before they became problems. Their work is top-notch.
We brought our RV in to have the wheels and tires replaced. The staff at Camper Commander were thorough and meticulous in the work they did on our rig. They went above and beyond by derusting and cleaning attachment points for the new wheels instead of merely replacing everything without the additional work They are professional and wonderful people to work with. We will use them again in the future as necessary.
We’ve had campers for a long time and getting service is just part of the deal. Most RV service centers leave much to be desired. Not the case here. The staff at Camper Commander was very courteous with us from the start and always professional. Their strongest point is keeping the customer informed. They are excellent communicators. They always informed me of my options and let me decide how to proceed with repairs. Highly recommended!
