Jay thinks I’m harassing he left a stupid message that said that. I have ear witnesses to whatever he has said. I won’t if he knows my husband is 1 a retired minister 2 a retired attorney 3 a retired police officer 4 a retired funeral director 5. Who do you the judge will believe?

We have waited 3 months for a repair. We even paid for and now have almost $400 in parts that we have already paid for plus the $135 for service call. I’m going on a trip and we need the steps fixed. We have left numerous phone calls. No response. Don’t call or use this guy. He doesn’t know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In January I made an appointment with Jay to look at my rv refrigerator and my automatic steps in our Class C motor home. The frig was a fuse reset. That was solved. The quickee steps was another matter. He had to order parts and they would be in by the end of the week. No show and no return calls.. it’s now March and 6 weeks later. We contacted Jay when we arrived at Shady Brook Golf/RV in early December. Contracted with him to build a new deck, replace main awning as well as replace awning over one of our slides. He arrived a week or so later and worked on deck and awnings. He did fine once he EVENTUALLY finished. Took several weeks, but we understood this is his busy season.
