They are very patient and kind, and they tried their best to accomodate me with some old frames which i wanted to have new lenses fitted; it was such a drama for them but they persisted and we got there in the end. Tgank you
I had an appointment booked for Friday afternoon only to be greeted with a closed shop! I tried calling their number several times but no one was picking up. I emailed them as soon as I arrived home asking them to contact me back so I can have my appointment rescheduled. Well 5 days later and still no call whatsoever. How unprofessional and unreliable! 😟
I visited with a mix of nerves and curiosity, and they really put me at ease. From start to finish, everything felt simple yet professional. Big thumbs up! 👍
