I had an appointment booked for Friday afternoon only to be greeted with a closed shop! I tried calling their number several times but no one was picking up. I emailed them as soon as I arrived home asking them to contact me back so I can have my appointment rescheduled. Well 5 days later and still no call whatsoever. How unprofessional and unreliable! 😟
I visited with a mix of nerves and curiosity, and they really put me at ease. From start to finish, everything felt simple yet professional. Big thumbs up! 👍

We have been coming to this practice for years. Had nothing bad to say and recommended to anyone who asked. For the past year, however, it's been rather dissapointing. We came on Saturday at 9:40 AM to book an appointmnet and were greeted with closed door with no explanation or working hours schedule.
