Such a bad experience with customer service at this shop. I went to them for help with my whole house water filtration system. I had just moved into a house and on the day we moved in the system exploded and water went everywhere. I turned the water off and a local plumber re-routed the water to the house to bypass the filters. I went to Campbells because they were local to ask if they could fix or supply me with a new system. I was told it may cost thousands in a way that assumed I did not have the money to have it replaced... read more
Excellent level of service, we had a problem with our water pump and they came out no questions asked, put in a temporary pump, let us know promptly what was wrong with our faulty one and offered a solution. Friendly and professional we will be coming back next time, thanks for the help!
Useless. Waited over 3 months to get my spa pool fixed and and still no contact. Don't waste your time with these guys.
