The tech was awesome, took his time to work up an estimate for a complete boiler replacement which i had expected, then charged me $270 to give me the est. I was never told by the office that they'd charge me for an estimate. Estimate was twice as high as the closest bid. Maybe they just make their profit through giving estimates. Not bad for 30 mins.
