We had furnace issues during the extreme cold and snowy weather. Chris from Campbell's was promptly scheduled for the afternoon of the same day we called. He called when he was 15 minutes out. Service was professional, fast but thorough, problems were diagnosed and taken care of. Chris has been here before and we have developed a lot of confidence in him and in the company.
I had a leak streaming into my basement yesterday and called several plumbing companies. Campbells' could get to me quickly, and did a great job. My house was build in stages, beginning before building codes were much enforced. I had no idea where the main water shut off was, but with loads of looking, we found a shut-off to the problem area, which was certainly not plumbed to code. Aiden from Campbells' was awesome! Such a relief to have my leakage problem solved by Chris and Zach this morning. Zach was in the crawl space to fix the problem. I commend him for doing that. Both men were very professional.
Do NOT recommend!! This is not a trustworthy company. I had asked about cost before the plumber arrived and was told that we would be provided with that information before any work was done. He ended up doing the work without providing an estimate, left and sent a bill that was much more than it should have been. I do not trust this company and never want to work with them again.
