I had an older model zero turn that needed a battery and I thought I would be nice to pick it up for the hubby since he worked so many hours lately. I had an unusually bar holding the battery in place and called to see if they could help me with removing the battery. The nice gentleman on the phone was so helpful he told me where to find the model number and then walked me through the process of removing it!
