Their answering service couldn't tell me anything about their business and never called me back. Their service department didn't give me a heads-up they were going to be late by two hours. It's unbelievable that you could run a service company this way. I had the lowest expectations you could possibly have: Show up on time, but if you can't just text or call me. Yet you still failed.
Campbell's heating and air has been a local company since the early 2000s. They have slowly built up their business and earned the trust of the community. I really appreciate their dedication and skill. It is hard in this economy for a small business to thrive but Campbell's is proof that honesty and hard work will put you ahead of the competition. I spoke to Dawn, who was polite and knowledgeable. She knew the answers to my questions without putting me on hold. I felt like I really had her undivided attention. She didn't use used car salesman tactics on me, as some heating and air places try to do. One of the most important people in a company is the person who answers the phone - the face of the company. Campbell's Heating & Air in Madison Heights Virginia recently installed both the outside unit as well as the inside unit at my house. They were the greatest ! They didn't leave a mess and did an excellant job with the installation from start to finish.
