Always responsive, and has never refused to service HVAC, electric, or plumbing in our park model. Unlike some other people in the area who advertise they will, and then won't.
Jerry was amazing!! We called him early on Friday morning and left a message, he called me back within 20 minutes and said he was on his way. Showed up about 10 minutes later and with in the hour had our ac up and running!! He provided us with recommendations and ideas to help in the future! I would highly recommend him!
Definitely recommend this company. Got to me right away for a furnace problem. Also found out he also does any general maintenance on mobile homes which is good to know. There is very few places that will even come work on mobile homes. Will definitely keep his number for future work. Ended up being a simple fix that didn’t need parts and he was honest enough to state that fact. Didn’t try to sell me parts that I didn’t really need.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! JERRY CAMPBELL IS TERRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, LET US GO WITHOUT HEAT FOR TWO WEEKS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO YELL AT US WHEN WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE OUR APPOINTMENT. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS HE IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
