They came to my house to measure for an estimate for a fence replacement and never called me back to follow up.

Just FYI...their fence fell over. The wind blew and the posts literally fell over. I called to have them come see what it would take to fix it. I didn't expect it to be free or anything unreasonable. Never showed up, never called back, never called to reschedule.
